GRANNY BOYCE THIS LADY WAS KNOWN AS GRANNY BOYCE. SHE IS WEARING THE TRADITIONAL SALVATION ARMY BONNET. THE BOYCE FAMILY WAS KNOWN TO BE HIGHLY RESPECTED IN THE  SALVATION ARMY IN SOUTH WALES AT THIS TIME.

GRANNY BOYCE AND CHILDREN Granny Boyce and Brenda Slater's relatives. Florence Jane  Hunt { aka Jane Boyce } who married John James Rumble in Cardiff, Later married John Robert Jones after John Rumble died. Florence Jane's 1st daughter  Ethel Maud Rumble. Ethel Maud is Brenda's grandmother. The baby in the photo is Florence Lillian Perkins ( Ethel's daughter ). Florence Jane Hunt was brought up by her grandparents Israel and Hannah Hunt after her birth in Wincanton 1872. Florence Jane was the daughter of Elizabeth Ann Hunt and William Boyce. info updated 01 April 2008 by David Boyce
Rockingstone Wanderers AFC at Abercynon abt. 1949/50 There are a few Boyce family members on this photo. My Dad  , Frederick James Boyce is the young lad in the front left hand side with his brother Albert next to him. Their father William Boyce is on the far left of the foto.  I also think the man in the middle is also a Boyce relation.. This photo is from the Collection my father kept.
